IT ALL STARTED HERE

ORIGINALLY FROM LONG ISLAND, NY, I MOVED TO MIAMI IN 2021 TO ATTEND THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI (GO CANES!).

AT UM, I EXPLORED THREE ACADEMIC FIELDS: MEDIA MANAGEMENT, SPANISH, AND THEATRE. OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM, I WAS VP OF MEMBERSHIP FOR THE UM CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION, SOLOIST IN A MULTI-CULTURAL A CAPELLA GROUP, AND ACTOR/PLAYWRIGHT IN THE THEATRE DEPARTMENT. I ALSO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY IN SEVILLE, SPAIN FOR FOUR MONTHS TO MPROVE MY SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS.

Objectives

From August to December of 2023, I had the opportunity to work with New York-based New Perspectives Theatre Company to develop their social channels to better inform the NY community of the organization’s varied programming, increase in-person visit and ticket sales, and make connections with other theatre professionals interested in working with the non-profit.

Between Q3 and Q4, I was able to:

  • Raise Instagram traffic 232.1%

  • Create 13,983 organic impressions

  • Increase sit visits by 17%

Final Delivery

I then pitched, shot and edited a video of the Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 3 Premiere at the Egyptian Theatre. The video had the highest level of engagement on the page and raised follower numbers by 5%
